Sitting right on Wenceslas Square, this hotel places its guests in the beating heart of Prague. The venue is well-known in the country due to a historic speech delivered by the former president of the Czech Republic, Vaclav Havel, on 21 of November 1989 from one of the apartment's balconies. Since then it has been masterfully renovated and modernised, but it still occupies a special place in the city. From it takes less than 5 minutes on foot to reach the National Museum, the State Opera House and just a few more to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, the famous postcard sights of the city. After a day of sightseeing guests can look towards a good night sleep in the spacious air-conditioned apartments, some of which open to terraces with views of Prague Castle and Petrin Tower. If we sell a package as agent for another disclosed tour operator, your payments are held in a Trust account with Protective Trust Services (PTS) and paid directly to your supplier by the Trustees.

What do we do with your personal data?

  • Promotional: If you participate in a promotion, such as a survey or competition, we will use the information you provide to carry out that promotion.

When your credit card details are required as part of the booking process, we store the last 4 digits and an authorisation code. In the case of some low-cost airlines, we will use the payment details you provide to purchase the flight seats on your behalf.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), including (in some instances) where we transfer your data to our suppliers so that they can assist us with providing our services to you.
