Day 2: Sicilian Cooking Class - Breakfast at the hotel, then get ready to uncover the secrets of delicious Sicilian cuisine through a fun cooking class! The chef will assist you will share the best tips of Sicilian cuisine that you can replicate at home and share with friends. You'll prepare a delicious four-course lunch, which you can enjoy with a refreshing glass of wine. (Cooking class is included in the price, while the restaurant is reached independently.) Overnight at the hotel.

Day Three: Aeolian Islands - Breakfast at the hotel, you have the opportunity to depart for the Aeolian Islands at an additional cost. The driver will take you from Taormina to the port of Milazzo, where you can board a motorboat to visit the two islands. After an hour of sailing, you will reach your first destination: Lipari, a fertile land inhabited since Neolithic times. You'll have about two hours to explore the historic centre, strolling along Corso Vittorio Emanuele, known as "Il Corso," with its many cafes and shops. Later, you'll visit the area of the Castle, a fortified citadel, where you can admire the Cathedral and the Aeolian Museum, housing ancient artefacts dating back to prehistoric times. Subsequently, you'll return to the port and sail by motorboat among the Faraglioni of Lipari to admire the Horse Cave, sculpted by wind and sea to resemble a horse. Finally, you'll reach Volcano, famous for its mud baths and thermal waters. Near the island's port, you'll find the "Pozza dei fanghi," where you'll have the opportunity to experience one of the many treatments offered (not included in the price). For those not interested in mud treatments, there's a black sand beach to visit. After about an hour and a half, you'll return to Milazzo, having admired the Rock of Pope John and the Rock of the Mermaid from your motorboat. Late in the afternoon, you'll return to Taormina. Day Four: Mount Etna Excursion - Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we suggest visiting Mount Etna. Etna, with its lunar landscape, attracts tourists not only in summer but also in winter when it becomes a well-equipped ski destination. Fire and snow, these are the elements that create an evocative, almost magical atmosphere. During the excursion, you'll have the opportunity to taste typical local products (Activity with extra charge). Overnight at the hotel.

Day Five: Cannoli Tasting - Breakfast at the hotel. Today, we recommend visiting the historic centre of Catania, which was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002 (suggested activity and transfers not included in the price). Before returning to the hotel, make a quick stop in Giardini Naxos to save authentic Sicilian cannoli, one of the island's most renowned traditional desserts (cannoli tasting included in the price, reaching the location independently). Overnight at the hotel.

Day Six: Boat Excursion - Breakfast at the hotel. Today, you'll enjoy a boat excursion along the most beautiful bays of Taormina and Giardini Naxos. Discover for yourself why these enchanting places are the preferred destinations of all tourists who visit Taormina and Sicily. The coast of Taormina and Giardini Naxos offers a scenario of incomparable beauty characterised by a succession of small beaches, bays, and suggestive caves set in the rocky walls that define this stretch of coast. Among the most famous caves, you'll find the Blue Grotto located in the Marine Park of Isola Bella in Taormina, where we recommend wearing a mask and going snorkelling for an underwater adventure. There is also the Cave of Lovers, located in the Gulf of Giardini Naxos and the Coral cave. Boarding takes place from the Port of Giardini Naxos and continues towards Cape Taormina, where you can observe colonies of corals attached to the rock and some species of fish that inhabit these waters. The tour continues towards Isola Bella in Taormina, where you'll take a dip in the turquoise waters of this splendid bay. Upon returning to the boat, you'll be greeted with a refreshing apéritif accompanied by fresh seasonal fruit. The tour continues towards the splendid Bay of Mazzarò up to the Baia delle Sirene, where you can admire the luxurious hotels that overlook this stretch of coast and the very long beach of Letojanni. After the two-hour excursion, you'll return to the starting point. This boat excursion will provide you with moments of relaxation, one of the most beautiful wonders of this coast, in eastern Sicily (boat tour included in the price). Overnight at the hotel.

Day Seven: Taormina And Surroundings - Start the day with breakfast at the hotel and then enjoy a day to explore Taormina and its surroundings. We suggest beginning the morning with coffee in the open-air cafes along Corso Umberto, the city's main street. Then after visit an ancient Roman theatre offering breath-taking panoramic views of the coast and Mount Etna. For lunch, find a restaurant with a panoramic view and savour traditional Sicilian cuisine. In the afternoon, take a moment to relax in the Public Garden, a tranquil park with well-kept gardens, exotic plants, and a spectacular view. Dedicate some time to shop by exploring the boutiques specializing in coral jewellery, artisan ceramics, and typical Sicilian products. Don't miss the opportunity to visit historic churches like San Giuseppe and San Pancrazio, where you can admire frescoes and stunning architecture. For dinner, choose a restaurant in Piazza IX Aprile, where you can enjoy delicious dishes with a view of the coast and Mount Etna. (suggested activity and transfers not included in the price). Day Eight: Fly home from Catania - Breakfast in hotel and transfer to Catania airport.
