Climate

Taking holidays to the Western USA can be enjoyable at any time of the year. Much of the area has mild winters and pleasantly warm summers. From May to September, visitors can expect normal rainfall and pleasantly warm days throughout most of the Western USA. Some areas can experience much warmer temperatures, but they normally do not last for long periods of time, particularly in the north. The winter months of November to March will bring snow in the northern region, while the more southern locations will remain warm and sunny.
